Late buses, ghost buses and general hygiene: these are just a few of the concerns riders shared with WBEZ about traveling on the CTA these days.

Nearly 2,000 riders shared their public transit worries with WBEZ. WBEZ aggregated these concerns and presented them to the head of the Vice President of the CTA.
