Thanks to rebates, electric vehicles may soon be more of a reality in Illinois

The rebate program is part of the state’s plan to have one million all-electric vehicles on the road by 2030.

Starting July 1, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency will offer rebates to residents for buying electric vehicles and installing charging stations.
