By Stephanie KimThroughout April, chef Beverly Kim is partnering with the restaurant community in Chicago and around the U.S. for her #doughsomething campaign. The month long effort aims to raise awareness around the rise in anti-Asian hate and to raise funds for the national chapter of Asian Americans Advancing Justice.
