Donor Advised Fund

Make a contribution to Chicago Public Media from a donor advised fund (DAF) today by providing the following information to your account manager:

• Make Check Payable to WBEZ and include a note with the donor’s name
• Federal Tax ID Number: 36-3687394 (Chicago Public Media Inc.)
• Mailing Address: WBEZ (Attn: Development) PO Box 95090 Chicago, IL 60694-5090

Note that mailed checks can take up to 8 weeks to arrive and fully process. Information on issuing an electronic contribution from a DAF may be requested by email at membership@wbez.org.
