Losing Applicants Get Second Chance To Enter Illinois’ Cannabis License Lottery

After growing calls to halt Illinois’ lottery for new cannabis dispensary licenses, Gov. JB Prtizker on Monday announced new changes to the first round of the state’s licensing process. Unsuccessful pot shop applicants will now be able to revise their applications and challenge their scores before the state holds a lottery for 75 new licenses.
