Asian Americans are the fastest-growing racial group in the United States.

And according to the American Psychological Association, they are two to three times less likely to seek mental health services than other Americans. Here in Chicago, leaders in the Asian community are trying to change that.

Morning Shift takes a look these efforts to destigmatize mental illness and to raise awareness about available resources and services.
