Gyrls in the H.O.O.D. addresses housing insecurity for South Side women and girls

The organization Gyrls in the H.O.O.D. started out teaching sexual and reproductive health to teenage girls on the South Side. Its new project is offering select women and girls places to live after hearing so many of their stories about housing insecurity.
