Food Fridays: Farmers Markets Make Comeback For 2021 Season

Another sign that summer is right around the corner? Chicago-area farmers markets kick off the 2021 season this month. As restrictions on outdoor events ease, markets hope to sustain the high interest in local agriculture that led to record sales in 2020.
