A new data analysis from Grub Hub features top 10 lists for prevalence and popularity of ethnic restaurants. They show that Pakistani, Caribbean and Halal food are the fastest growing in America. The city with the most diverse offerings is New York, followed by Chicago. The cities with the least diverse offerings are Charlotte, NC and Greensboro, NC.
