WBEZ reporter and Reset food contributor Monica Eng recently visited a local Ethiopian favorite in Uptown called Tesfa Ethiopian Cuisine. It’s run by a family originally from northern Ethiopia and, as Monica reports, they want you to feel like you are eating in an Ethiopian home.
