Chicago traffic is bad. How is it affecting people?

Construction on the Kennedy is expected to wrap up in the fall of 2023. But until then, lane shifts and overnight lane closures will continue causing major delays. Plus, road closures to accommodate the Nascar event have already begun and are expected to last beyond the event in early July.
