Digital Engagement Producer, Reset

Claire Hyman is a digital engagement producer at WBEZ Reset. Her job is to connect with listeners and share Reset’s work in digital spaces. She produces a weekly series called “Reset: Lost And Found,” hosts Twitter Spaces conversations, writes web articles and tweets a lot.

Her interest in radio started as an intern at the O’Brien Fellowship in Public Service Journalism, where she assisted NPR reporter Natasha Haverty with research on how mass incarceration affects democracy. After graduating from Marquette University in 2019, she joined Pacific Standard magazine as a fellow with the engagement team. She created social media strategies for digital series and features, and learned that a story creates an impact only if it finds its audience.

In July 2021, she joined Reset as an intern and never left!
